i’m definitely sore after yesterday. Did 5 minutes on the spin bike, 10 minutes on that stair thing (the one with pedals not the actual steps machine), 10 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the bike machine. Then after that I did a 5 minute (30 sec each) core workout and I can’t go through a workout without doing a few leg workouts even if it isn’t leg day so I did a few pop pilates moves (3 sets, 15 reps).
Now my inner thighs are hurting and just my thighs in general. I haven’t gotten out of bed yet so I’m not sure how its gonna be like to walk but I want to run later and go to yoga at 8 so hopefully I’m able to run!
