Feelin gross and I really really really need to get on my treadmill right now 

I love running

It’s the endorphins but seriously I love it so much. I feel so much better after a good run (while for right now it’s intervals for my 5k) and it definitely helps that after I can have a kick ass smoothie but we’ll just pretend its the actual run!

Pop pilates then time for a run!

Ughhhh too much superbowl pizza/pretzels 

My parents just replaced all of our silverware and plates and they bought HUGE plates…. Why do you hate me? What have I done????

Yessssss

Back on track. I’m going to do the Color Run 5k program because I’m doing the run in the summer! Woooohooo! Can’t wait, that is my main goal and will definitely (hopefully) keep me on track until summer and summer is always easier to stay on track. So I just finished the first day of week 1 which is 8 sets of 1 minute run, 1.5 minute walk. It seemed short before I started but then towards the last 5 minutes I was really short of breath so I guess that shows I need to stick with this program for lax season as well. This morning I had 2 eggs scrambled on a piece of whole wheat toast, an apple, and 1 tbsp PB. I’m gonna go do either pop pilates or some circuit I haven’t decided yet. Then go shower, have a banana and do for a driving lesson! Oh yeah and there is some big sports game today right?? :)

Woke up about an hour ago and came straight on tumblr and when I saw all this good food I realized I hadn’t eaten breakfast yet! Off to the kitchen!!!

i hate oatmeal. it just tastes gross to me. really wish i would like it. :(

i’m definitely sore after yesterday. Did 5 minutes on the spin bike, 10 minutes on that stair thing (the one with pedals not the actual steps machine), 10 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the bike machine. Then after that I did a 5 minute (30 sec each) core workout and I can’t go through a workout without doing a few leg workouts even if it isn’t leg day so I did a few pop pilates moves (3 sets, 15 reps). 

Now my inner thighs are hurting and just my thighs in general. I haven’t gotten out of bed yet so I’m not sure how its gonna be like to walk but I want to run later and go to yoga at 8 so hopefully I’m able to run!
